Evening Dental Appointments in South Bangalore — Open Until 8:30pm, Seven Days

The most common reason people in South Bangalore put off dental treatment is not fear and not cost. It is that the appointment is at 11am on a Tuesday and they would have to explain it to somebody.
So a small piece of practical information, aimed squarely at anyone working in Koramangala, HSR Layout, or along the Outer Ring Road: both our clinics run an evening session until 8:30pm. And they run it every day of the week.
The short answer: Dentick is open 11am–2pm and 5pm–8:30pm, seven days a week including Sunday, at both BTM Layout 2nd Stage and JP Nagar 7th Phase. Evening appointments mean no leave, no rescheduled meetings, and a ten to fifteen minute drive from Koramangala or HSR Layout.
Open 11am–2pm and 5pm–8:30pm
Two sessions daily — 11am to 2pm, and 5pm to 8:30pm. The evening session is the busier of the two by a wide margin, which tells you something about who lives around here.
An 8:30pm close means a 7:30pm or 8pm appointment is realistic even if you leave the office at 7. For routine work — a check-up, a scaling, a filling, a crown fitting — that is the entire treatment done without touching your working day. For longer procedures we will usually suggest the earlier session, simply because nobody wants implant surgery at the end of a fourteen-hour day. And we will say so when we book you.
Seven days a week, including Sunday
Seven days, including Sunday, and including most public holidays. This is the part that genuinely differs from most practices in the area, which close on Sunday entirely.
Sunday matters more than it looks. It is the day people finally deal with the tooth that has been bothering them since Wednesday. And it is the day parents can bring children without pulling them out of school. It also means that if something starts hurting on a Friday evening, you are not waiting until Monday — and you are not arriving on Monday morning as part of a weekend backlog.
No need to take a weekday morning off
No half-day of leave, no rearranged standup, no explaining a dental appointment to a manager. For a treatment plan that runs across four or five visits — orthodontics, implants, a full-mouth rehabilitation — that difference compounds into several days of leave you do not spend.
We also plan treatment in visits rather than appointments and compress them where it is clinically sensible to do so. If two procedures can safely be done in one longer evening slot rather than two separate ones, we will offer that. Fewer trips is worth more to somebody billing by the hour than a discount is, and we schedule accordingly.
A short drive from Koramangala and HSR Layout
BTM Layout 2nd Stage is roughly ten to fifteen minutes from Koramangala and five to ten from Madiwala. JP Nagar 7th Phase is a similar run from Jayanagar, Bannerghatta Road, Arekere and Gottigere. HSR Layout is twelve to eighteen minutes down Hosur Road outside peak.
One practical difference between the two clinics: JP Nagar has ground-floor parking on site. BTM is street parking on 29th Main and the internal roads around it. Which is straightforward in the evening but tighter at midday. If parking is the deciding factor, book JP Nagar.
24/7 for genuine emergencies
The evening session is scheduled time. Genuine emergencies are not restricted to it — we answer at any hour. And our doctor lives close to the BTM clinic. Which is the practical reason a late-night call is answerable at all.
Facial swelling, a tooth knocked out, uncontrolled bleeding after an extraction, or pain that painkillers are not touching are all reasons to call immediately rather than wait for opening. Consultations during late-night emergency hours are ₹500. If you are not sure whether what you have counts as an emergency, call and describe it — that conversation costs nothing.

Frequently asked questions
What are Dentick's opening hours?
11am to 2pm and 5pm to 8:30pm, seven days a week including Sunday, at both the BTM Layout 2nd Stage and JP Nagar 7th Phase clinics. Emergency calls are answered 24/7 on +91 93538 45416.
Do I need an appointment for an evening slot?
Booking is strongly advised — the 6pm to 8:30pm window is the busiest part of our week and walk-ins at that time often wait. Call or WhatsApp +91 93538 45416, or book through this site. If you are in pain, say so when you call and we will find a slot the same day.
Which clinic should I go to — BTM Layout or JP Nagar?
Whichever is closer, in most cases; both offer the same treatments and the same pricing. JP Nagar 7th Phase has ground-floor parking, which decides it for a lot of people driving in the evening. If you need a specific specialist, mention the treatment when booking and we will tell you which clinic and which day.
Are you open on Sunday?
Yes — both clinics run the full 11am–2pm and 5pm–8:30pm schedule on Sunday, and on most public holidays. Sunday evening slots book out fastest, so call earlier in the week if you can.
Is there parking at the clinics?
JP Nagar 7th Phase has parking on the ground floor of the building. BTM Layout 2nd Stage is street parking on 29th Main and the internal roads around it — generally easy in the evening, tighter during the midday session.
How far is the BTM Layout clinic from Koramangala?
Ten to fifteen minutes by car outside peak traffic. And often less in the evening once the office rush has cleared. HSR Layout is twelve to eighteen minutes down Hosur Road, and Madiwala is five to ten. The JP Nagar 7th Phase clinic is the closer of the two from Jayanagar, Bannerghatta Road, Arekere and Gottigere. Both run identical hours and pricing. So choose on proximity — or on parking, since JP Nagar has ground-floor parking on site.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Usually, if you are in pain. Both clinics keep slots free each day rather than filling the diary entirely with planned work. So say when you call that you are uncomfortable and it changes which slot you are offered. For routine work — a check-up, a scaling — same-day is possible but less certain, particularly for the 6pm to 8:30pm window. Which is the busiest part of our week.
Can I book an appointment on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message +91 93538 45416 and we will confirm a slot. It is also the easiest way to ask whether something needs an appointment at all, which costs nothing — a short description is often enough for us to tell you whether it can wait. And that conversation prevents a lot of unnecessary trips. If you find phoning difficult for any reason, WhatsApp works exactly as well for booking.
What treatments can realistically be done in an evening slot?
Most routine work: check-ups, scaling and polishing, fillings, crown preparations and fittings, orthodontic adjustments, implant reviews and extractions. For longer or more demanding procedures — implant surgery, full-mouth rehabilitation work — we will usually suggest the 11am to 2pm session instead, simply because nobody benefits from surgery at the end of a fourteen-hour day. We will say which when you book rather than after you arrive.
Are you open on public holidays?
Most of them, on the same 11am–2pm and 5pm–8:30pm schedule. There are a small number of days each year when both clinics close. Call or WhatsApp +91 93538 45416 to confirm before travelling on a major holiday. And note that the emergency line is answered regardless of whether the clinics are running scheduled sessions.
How long is a typical appointment?
A check-up and consultation is around twenty to thirty minutes. A scaling is thirty to forty-five. A filling is thirty to sixty depending on size. Crown preparation is around an hour, and an orthodontic adjustment is fifteen to twenty minutes. We will tell you the expected length when booking so you can plan the evening around it rather than guessing.
Do your appointments actually run on time?
That is the intention, and appointments are deliberately spaced so we are not thirty minutes behind by mid-evening. Emergencies do occasionally disrupt a session — somebody arriving with facial swelling is not going to be turned away — and when that happens we would rather tell you than leave you sitting. If you are on a tight schedule, say so when booking and we will place you accordingly.
Is there a lunchtime or afternoon gap between your sessions?
Yes — both clinics close between 2pm and 5pm. That gap is worth knowing about if you are travelling across the city. Because arriving at 3pm means waiting two hours. The 11am to 2pm session is the quieter of the two and is usually easier to get into at short notice. So it suits anyone who works flexibly or is retired.
Can I be seen before work rather than after?
The earliest scheduled slot is 11am, so a pre-work appointment is not something we can offer for routine treatment. For most patients in Koramangala, HSR Layout and along Bannerghatta Road the evening session solves the same problem — an 8pm appointment costs you nothing of the working day. Genuine emergencies are answered at any hour regardless of the schedule.
Do you send appointment reminders?
Yes, by WhatsApp or phone ahead of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, tell us as early as you can — evening slots in particular are in demand. And a slot released a day ahead usually goes to somebody in discomfort. If you are in a long treatment plan such as orthodontics, book the next appointment before you leave rather than calling later.
How busy is the evening session?
6pm to 8:30pm is the busiest stretch of our week, particularly on Sunday. Booked appointments run to schedule; walk-ins at that time usually wait. If your evening is tight, ask for the earlier end of the session at around 5pm. Which is consistently the quietest part of the evening.
If you have been putting off a check-up because the timing never works, an evening slot removes the only real obstacle. Call or WhatsApp +91 93538 45416 and we will find you something after work this week.
