Braces & Clear Aligners in Bengaluru
Metal braces, ceramic braces, or clear aligners — Dentick Dental Care offers all three options with transparent pricing and expert orthodontic guidance at BTM Layout and JP Nagar.
Metal Braces vs Ceramic Braces vs Clear Aligners
All three achieve excellent results — the right choice depends on your case, lifestyle, and budget.
Metal Braces
The most effective and affordable option. Stainless steel brackets handle even complex corrections reliably. Best for significant crowding, spacing, or bite issues, and for patients who want the most economical option.
Ceramic Braces
Same mechanism as metal braces, with tooth-coloured ceramic brackets that are far less visible. A popular choice for adults and working professionals who want effective treatment with less obvious hardware.
Clear Aligners
Custom-made, removable transparent trays that gradually shift teeth. Virtually invisible and easy to maintain oral hygiene. Requires consistent 20–22 hours daily wear. Best for mild to moderate corrections.

Retainers
After active treatment, retainers hold your teeth in their new positions. This stage is as important as the treatment itself — skipping retainers risks relapse.
Braces & Aligners — Common Questions
Both are equally effective for most corrections. Metal is more affordable and extremely durable. Ceramic is far less visible and a popular choice for adults. If you have a complex bite correction, fixed braces (metal or ceramic) are generally more reliable than aligners.
Absolutely. Orthodontic treatment works at any age — teeth move in response to consistent, gentle force regardless of the patient's age. Many of our braces patients are adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
For mild to moderate cases, yes. For more complex corrections involving significant bite changes or severe crowding, fixed braces typically give more predictable results. We will be honest about which option is genuinely suitable for your case.
There is usually some pressure and mild soreness for 2–3 days after each adjustment or new aligner set. This is normal and settles quickly. Over-the-counter pain relief is effective if needed.
We provide detailed instructions and the right tools at the start of treatment. Interdental brushes, a floss threader, and fluoride toothpaste are the basics. Aligners are removed for eating and brushing, which makes hygiene easier.
