What Invisalign Actually Costs in Bangalore (2026 Price Breakdown)
Search for Invisalign pricing in Bangalore and you will mostly find “book a consultation for a quote”. That is not evasiveness for its own sake. Aligner treatment genuinely is priced per case, and a clinic that quotes a flat figure before looking at your teeth is guessing.
What is avoidable is publishing nothing at all. Below is our actual range, what moves a case from one end of it to the other, and how Invisalign compares with the other options for the same problem.
The short answer: Invisalign at Dentick costs ₹80,000 – ₹2,50,000+ for a full course. The number depends almost entirely on how many aligners your case needs. Other clear aligner systems run ₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000, and fixed braces start at ₹25,000 – ₹45,000.
Invisalign ₹80,000 – ₹2,50,000+, and why the range is that wide
Invisalign at our BTM Layout and JP Nagar clinics is ₹80,000 – ₹2,50,000+ for the full course. That is a wide range, and the width is real rather than a hedge.
The cost of aligner treatment tracks the number of aligners, and the number of aligners tracks how far your teeth have to travel. A single rotated front tooth might be a dozen trays. A crowded arch that needs space created first, with teeth moved in sequence, can be fifty or more. Same system, same clinic, same dentist, four times the price, because it is four times the treatment.
This is why the first honest step is a scan rather than a number. Once we have seen the arch we can tell you how many stages your case needs, and at that point the figure stops being a range.
Invisalign or another clear aligner system
Invisalign is one brand of clear aligner, not a synonym for the treatment. We also provide other clear aligner systems at ₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000, and for many straightforward cases the result is the same.
What you get for the difference is the attachment and staging software behind Invisalign, which has the largest case library of any system and handles complicated movements (rotations, intrusions, closing extraction spaces) more predictably. For mild crowding or a relapse after old braces, that advantage is mostly theoretical and the less expensive system does the job.
We will tell you which category your case is in. If a simpler system will achieve what you want, we will say so, and we would rather do that than sell the recognisable name.
How it compares with fixed braces
If you are comparing against fixed braces, the gap is larger than most people expect. Metal braces are ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 and ceramic braces ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 for a full course.
Braces are not the inferior option. They are fixed to the teeth, so they work whether or not you are disciplined, and for severe crowding or bite correction they remain the more reliable tool. Aligners buy you appearance and removability, which matters enormously to some people and not at all to others.
The question worth asking yourself before the cost question is whether you will genuinely wear a removable appliance for twenty-two hours a day. Aligners left in a drawer do nothing, and that is the single most common reason aligner treatment runs over time and budget.
Four things that sit outside the headline figure
Four things sit outside the headline figure often enough to ask about anywhere you go.
Refinements. Most aligner cases need a second short series at the end to finish the detail. Ask whether that is included or billed again. Attachments. Small tooth-coloured bumps bonded to the teeth that give the aligners something to push against; they are part of the treatment, not an extra. Retainers. Teeth move back without retention: ours are ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 and are quoted separately so you can see them. The scan. Ask whether the 3D scan is charged if you decide not to proceed.
A quote that covers all four is comparable with another quote that covers all four. One that covers the aligners alone is not comparable with anything.
A simple case and a complex case, with numbers
Two cases, to make the range concrete. Both are real shapes of treatment rather than averages.
A simple case: one or two front teeth rotated, or mild crowding that reappeared years after childhood braces. Typically twelve to twenty aligners, finishing in six to nine months. On a non-Invisalign system that is our ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 tier. A complex case: crowding across the whole arch, space to be created, a bite that needs correcting as well as straightening. Thirty to fifty-plus aligners over fifteen to twenty-four months, which is our ₹90,000 – ₹1,20,000 tier, and the kind of case where Invisalign’s staging earns the difference.
Most people who come in expecting the simple case are right. A good proportion who expect the complex one are also pleasantly surprised, because crowding looks worse to its owner than it measures on a scan.
What the consultation costs, and what you leave with
Before any of that there is a consultation, which is ₹300 – ₹800 and includes the examination. It is not a sales appointment with a price at the end; it is where we find out whether aligners suit your case, and we will tell you if they do not.
If you decide to proceed, the 3D scan follows and that is what produces the treatment plan: the number of stages, the duration, and the final figure in writing. If you decide not to proceed, you have paid for a consultation and you leave with an honest assessment of what your teeth actually need, which is worth having whoever ends up doing the work.
We would rather you took that plan to another clinic and compared it than agreed to something on the day without a number in front of you.
EMI, and a written cost before anything starts
Aligner treatment is one of the clearest cases for spreading cost, because it runs over a year or more anyway. EMI is available through partner banks on treatment of this size, and it is worth raising at the planning stage rather than at the end.
What we will not do is quote you a monthly figure without the total beside it. Treatment advertised as “from ₹X a month” is how people end up agreeing to a number they never saw. You get the full cost in writing, itemised, before anything starts, and the entire price list for both clinics is published on this site.
What it costs at Dentick
These are our current published prices for clear aligners at both the BTM Layout 2nd Stage and JP Nagar 7th Phase clinics. You receive the full cost in writing before any treatment begins, and the written figure is the figure. The complete list for every treatment we offer is on our published price list.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Invisalign cost in Bangalore?
At Dentick it is ₹80,000 – ₹2,50,000+ for a full course across both our BTM Layout and JP Nagar clinics. The variable is how many aligners your case needs, which is why the range is wide and why we scan before quoting. Other clear aligner systems are ₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000.
Why is Invisalign more expensive than other clear aligners?
The laboratory and software cost per case is higher, and that cost is the same for the clinic whoever provides it. What it buys is a larger clinical case library and more predictable handling of difficult movements. For mild crowding the practical difference is small, which is why we price both and tell you which category your case falls into.
Is Invisalign cheaper than braces?
No. Metal braces are ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 and ceramic ₹35,000 – ₹60,000, so braces are the less expensive route in almost every case. Aligners are chosen for appearance and removability, not cost.
Does the price include retainers afterwards?
Retainers are quoted separately at ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 so you can see what they cost rather than having them folded into a single figure. They are not optional in any meaningful sense: teeth drift back toward their original position without retention, and that is true of every straightening method.
Can I pay for Invisalign in instalments?
Yes, through partner banks, and it is worth asking at the planning stage. We will always show you the total cost alongside any monthly figure. A monthly number quoted on its own tells you very little about what you are agreeing to.
Do I need a scan before you can quote?
Yes. The number of aligner stages is what sets the price, and that cannot be judged by eye. The scan is also what tells us whether aligners are the right tool for your case at all, or whether fixed braces would do it better and for less.
What does the consultation cost, and do I have to commit?
A consultation and examination is ₹300 – ₹800 and commits you to nothing. You get an assessment of whether aligners suit your case and, if you go ahead with a scan, a written plan with the number of stages and the final cost. Taking that plan elsewhere to compare is a perfectly reasonable thing to do.
How long does Invisalign take?
Usually twelve to eighteen months, with simple cases finishing sooner. The honest caveat is that aligners only work while they are in your mouth. Twenty-two hours a day is the requirement, and treatment that runs long almost always runs long for that reason rather than a clinical one.
If you have a quote from somewhere else, bring it. We will go through what it includes and tell you plainly how ours compares, including if the other one is good. A consultation and treatment plan is where the real number comes from, and the published price list for both clinics is on this site.
